Private Investments

Two tracks. One discipline.

We invest in private businesses across two complementary tracks. Future-economy operators in sectors positioned to benefit from long-term structural shifts - AI, defense, financial infrastructure, healthcare. And operator-led businesses in spaces where we have direct operating experience and can underwrite from the inside. Different sectors, same standard: real revenue, proven unit economics, operators we'd partner with, and our capital invested alongside theirs.

Private investment opportunities are available to accredited investors only. Availability is subject to verification.

01 Our approach

How we evaluate private opportunities

01

What makes a business interesting. Profitable operations, a loyal customer base, and defensible market positioning. We favor companies where the fundamentals are proven and growth capital can accelerate what is already working.

02

How we structure investments. We invest alongside operators we trust - typically as minority partners providing growth capital, strategic input, and operating-level perspective. Where the business and the operator call for it, we take a more involved role. The structure follows the business - not the other way around.

03

What we bring beyond capital. Operating experience from building our businesses and years of M&A advisory work. Hands-on involvement in scaling companies. We don't impose playbooks, we work alongside management.

The company's products are rapidly becoming the operating layer for how businesses and consumers interact with technology. Our thesis centers on OpenAI's position as the platform layer of the AI economy. As AI adoption accelerates across industries, OpenAI captures value at the infrastructure level, similar to how cloud platforms captured value in the previous technology cycle. Meliora's exposure is held through secondary-market participation.

SpaceX

SpaceX is the dominant private launch provider, having reduced the cost of reaching orbit by over 90% through reusable rocket technology. The company operates across launch services (Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy), satellite internet (Starlink), and next-generation transport (Starship), creating a vertically integrated space infrastructure platform. Our thesis centers on SpaceX's structural monopoly in reusable launch, the rapid scaling of Starlink as a recurring-revenue business, and the long-term optionality of Starship for both commercial and government applications. Meliora's exposure is held through secondary-market participation.

Our thesis centers on Gravitics' position at the intersection of commercial and defense demand for space infrastructure. As launch costs decline and both government and private investment in orbital capabilities accelerate, companies with real hardware and real contracts are positioned to capture significant value in the emerging space economy.
